The ceremony will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 3-4 pm MT
in the Goodell Gymnasium in the King Center on the South Dakota Mines campus.

Registrations for delegates from other academic institutions are requested by August 22, 2025.
Academic regalia or business formal attire is requested for delegates from other institutions.
Casual attire is welcome for the post-ceremony concert.

Following the ceremony, a celebratory concert will be held from 5 – 8 p.m. at the O’Harra Stadium parking lot.
